Studio Terms

• Studios are booked at a daily flat rate with and without an engineer.
• A full studio day = 10 hours from 10am to 8pm but additional time is often possible.
• Session start time must be stated and agreed to no less than 24 hours in advance.
• Minimum charge for Rehearsal Space Rental is 2 hour
• Minimum charge for Studio Session is 1 day 
• 50% non refundable** deposit is required to reserve rehearsal time
• The balance is due at the end of the studio day
• Any incidentals and additional time will be invoiced at the completion of the session and the final invoice must be paid before any files or media will be released.
• 5% GST will be added to the entire invoice
• Payment is accepted by card, paypal or e-transfer (no fees with e-transfer)
• The client/artist is responsible for any costs associated with return or retrieval of media, backups or session notes..
• Round Base Studio bears no responsibility, legally or financially, for any articles brought into or left at the studio including master tapes and media.
• Lead engineer has the right to call off a studio session if the session is deemed inadequate for continuation.
• Equipment rentals available for additional cost based on item rented.
